Through the experiences of Trelawny, the youngest son, the book explores identity, belonging, racism, economic survival, and the search for personal direction in a world shaped by shifting cultural expectations. About the Book Bridge Project Dr. Mary Brown launched the Prince George&rsquo;s Community College Book Bridge Project in 1998 and led it for two decades. The late Risikat Okedeyi later guided the project, helping connect the College and the wider Prince George&rsquo;s community through the literary arts and meaningful cultural conversation.
