Bowie State University

As Maryland’s first public historically Black university, Bowie State University provides high-quality and affordable educational opportunities for students with ambitions to achieve and succeed. In addition to its 27 undergraduate majors, Bowie State offers 18 master's degree programs, 15 specialty certificates, and two doctoral programs specifically focusing on science, technology, business, education, and related disciplines.

Morgan State University 

Morgan State University (MSU) is Maryland's largest historically Black university, which offers more than  140 academic programs  leading to degrees from the baccalaureate to the doctorate. MSU fulfills its mission to address the needs and challenges of the modern urban environment through intense community-level study and pioneering solutions.

Southern New Hampshire University

Southern New Hampshire University is a private, nonprofit, accredited institution with over 3,000 on-campus students and over 170,000 online students, making it one of the fastest-growing universities in the nation. St. Mary's College

SMCM offers a rigorous, relevant, and experiential liberal arts education that will prepare you for a 21st-century career and a lifetime of success. Transfer applicants are students who will have completed at least 12 semester hours of college-level coursework (after high school graduation) OR have attempted at least one semester of full-time coursework and maintained enrollment through the add/drop period (after high school completion).

University of Maryland Shady Grove

All undergraduate students at the Universities of Shady Grove (USG) are transfer students who have completed approximately 60 credits at another institution. Only 300 and 400-level courses are offered at USG, so students must complete their program’s lower-level prerequisite course requirements before transferring. The Universities at Shady Grove (USG) offer select degree programs from nine Maryland public universities on our convenient campus in Rockville, MD. Students can finish the last two years of an undergraduate degree or earn a graduate degree on the Shady Grove campus in Rockville, MD. Students apply directly to the university offering their chosen major, but can select USG as their preferred campus location on the application.
