What is STRIVE?

STRIVE stands for Students Taking Responsibility, Initiative, Vision, and Excellence.

This co-ed student success program is built to help you grow academically, personally, and professionally. Take charge of your education and stay on track to graduate through personalized guidance, tutoring, coaching, and advising.

STRIVE Opportunities

Discover ways to connect, grow, and lead inside and outside the classroom. Whether you seek additional support, a sense of community, or opportunities for leadership development, STRIVE offers several opportunities.

  • STRIVE 360 Workshops: Open to all students, these workshops cover topics such as academics, wellness, advocacy, identity, and leadership. 
  • STRIVE Power Circles: Engage in small group communities where students meet to talk about confidence, balance, and purpose. These power circles give you a built-in support system, accountability partners, and a personal hype squad.
  • STRIVE Academy: This personal and professional leadership development experience equips you with the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to succeed in college, career, and life. STRIVE Academy is geared toward second-year students and beyond.
