Our Mission
The Owl Scholars Summer Youth Camp empowers grades 2 -8 students through engaging academic and enrichment activities in a dynamic college setting. We aim to foster curiosity, creativity, and a passion for knowledge while helping students retain essential skills and prepare for future success. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures academic growth, character development, and a lifelong commitment to learning.
Program Highlights
Program Dates: June 30 to August 8
Hours:
- 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Monday – Thursday)
- 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. (Friday)
Extended Care Hours: 4 - 6 p.m. ($225.00)

- Business: Young Entrepreneurs, The Science and Math of Beauty: Formulas for Hair and Skin Care
- Arts and Creativity: Theater, Art History, Culinary Arts, Music History
- Life Skills: Image Matters, Gardening and Environmental Studies
- Sports: Sports Fundamentals

New Students
If you have never taken courses with us, submitting a WDCE/Continuing Education application is the first step. Click here to apply, then select Create Account. You will be submitting a WDCE/Continuing Education application. Within 24 hours of submitting the application, you should receive an activation email with instructions on how to activate your Owl Link student portal account.
After you have activated your account, follow the steps below to register for continuing education (non-credit) courses:
Returning Students/Newly Enrolled Students
- Log in to your myPGCC account using your Owl Link username and password.
- In the yellow banner under "Student Portal," click the Owl Link icon.
- Click the three white lines in the upper left corner, then click
- Click CE-Course Search and Registration.
- You can search for courses by keyword or enter the course code or synonym number, then click
- Select your section, then Add a Section.
- A pop-up message will confirm that your course has been added to your cart. To continue registering, click the blue Next tab.
- Select your educational goal and reason for taking the class.
- If necessary, click Add More Classes.
- Select Payment Method (Discover, Mastercard, or Visa), and Proceed to Payment.
- Select Pay Now from the Payment Review page to enter your credit card information.
- Print or screenshot your Class/Payment Acknowledgement for your records.
