Our Mission
The Owl Scholars Summer Youth Camp offers academic and enrichment courses for students completing grades 2-8. This camp aims to spark curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning while helping students develop essential skills for future success.
Dates and Times
Choose from morning and afternoon courses across two three-week sessions, with optional extended days for full-day schedules.
- Session 1: June 29 - July 17, 2026
- Session 2: July 20 - Aug. 7, 2026
- Morning courses: 9:00-11:30 a.m.
- Afternoon courses: 1:00-3:30 p.m.

Before You Register
Eligibility
All students must be completing grades 2-8 during the current school year. You can register your child for the highest grade they have completed.
Registration Fee
An additional $25 registration fee applies per course, in addition to the listed course cost. Courses must be paid in full before the first day of camp.
Assessments
Pre- and post-assessments are required for all language arts and mathematics courses. Assessments help instructors deliver the right level of instruction and are not scored or used for placement.

Submit the following forms before the first day of camp. Please note that students will not be permitted to begin classes until all required paperwork has been completed and received.

Camp Information
See below for important logistics information.
- Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Parents and guardians sign campers in and out on the first floor of Lanham Hall.
- Lunch: Full-day campers should bring a prepackaged lunch and an afternoon snack.
- Late Pick-Up: A $1-per-minute late fee applies after 6 p.m. Cash payment is due at pick-up.
- Extended Day: Available for full-day campers in grades 2-8 for $200 per session. The first half is reserved for academics or homework, followed by arts and crafts, games, or computer activities.
How to Register
Most courses are registered through Owl Link. Some courses require an additional registration form (see the course description sections below).
New Families
If your child has never taken a course at PGCC, follow these steps to create an Owl Link account:
- Visit our Catalog Advanced Search site.
- Enter the five-digit course code (for example, the 30808 in YTH301-30808).
- Click Search, then select the course you are interested in.
- Click Add Section to add the course to your cart.
- To add more courses, search for additional course codes.
- Click Next, enter your child's information, and click Submit.
Account activation instructions will be emailed to the address you provide. Allow up to one hour to receive the email from regcom@pgcc.edu, and check your spam folder. A passcode will be sent by text for login.

Returning Families
- Visit our Catalog Advanced Search site.
- Click Sign In at the top right.
- Enter the five-digit course code.
- Click Search, then Select.
- Click Add Section.
- To add more courses, search for additional course codes.
- Click Next, then Submit.
- Select a payment method and proceed to payment.
Refund Policy and Cancellations
Courses must be dropped 10 days before the start date to receive a refund. Refunds are automatically issued within 10 days following cancellation.
