Our Train the Trainer course prepares nurses and health care providers to lead impactful certified nursing assistant (CNA) training, patient education, community outreach, and in-service programs.
Program Overview
Approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing, this course equips participants with essential teaching skills, including:
- Adult learning principles
- Effective lesson planning
- Creating behavioral objectives
- Facilitating engaging learning environments
Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in this program, you must:
- Be a registered nurse (RN)
- Be in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON)
- Register for the Principles of Adult Education Program
- Pay for the course
- Successfully complete the program
Cost: $310, plus $15 lab fee
