TeamBuilders Academy (TBA) is a Prince George’s Community College Workforce Development Program offering cohort-based accelerated adult career training.
Mission
TeamBuilders Academy’s (TBA) mission is to provide job readiness-related soft skills training and occupational trade-related technical skills training.
Utility and Construction Training Program
This 14-week training program will give you the knowledge, skills, and credentials to prepare for careers in construction, energy, and utilities. Training also includes professional development, career coaching, and resume development.
This program is funded in partnership with Washington Gas and Pepco.
Schedule
This program is held Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

How to Apply:
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, complete the application by clicking link below, present the following documentation and attend a mandatory information session.
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Prince George’s County Resident (must provide proof of residency)
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- DD214 (Veterans Only)
