OCU-359 Stationary Engineering
Cost: $560 (with $25 registration fee)
OCU-359 is a basic course in low-pressure boilers and plant equipment. This course prepares qualified operating engineers for the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) third and fourth-class exams, in addition to the Maryland Grade 3 and Grade 4 Stationary Engineer certification exams. Lectures are supplemented with field trips and on-site study. The course is taught by a chief engineer who holds a Maryland first-class stationary engineer certificate and is a licensed NIULPE instructor and examiner.
